The Tynedale Hotel

A family run hotel where a warm welcome awaits located on South Parade in Llandudno just off the Promenade. Some Entertainment. Lift.

  • In May, July & September: * We enjoy a visit to Penrhyn Castle – an enormous 19th century

neo-Norman castle which sits between Snowdonia and the Menai Strait.

Crammed with fascinating items such as a one-ton slate bed made for

Queen Victoria, elaborate carvings, plasterwork and mock-Norman

furniture. It also has an outstanding collection of paintings. The

restored kitchens are a delight to visit and the stable block houses a

fascinating industrial railway museum and a model railway museum.

The 60 acres of grounds include parkland, an exotic tree and shrub

collection as well as a Victorian walled garden. Following this visit we

continue to Beaumaris for some free time.

*  We enjoy a scenic Snowdonia day excursion with stops in

Betws-y-Coed and Beddgelert.
